What if an hour focused on your body could make a difference to your entire week?

By calming the nervous system and supporting the lymphatic system through skilled touch, your body and mind can deeply relax, allowing your muscles to soften, your immune system to experience a boost, and to feel more ease in your days.

And by receiving compassionate touch from a therapist who actively listens to your concerns, you can feel supported and comforted in your stress, anxiety, depression, and physical pain.

If you are looking for pain relief and stress reduction achieved with intentional, thoughtful, and effective touch in a safe space and judgement-free zone, you have arrived at the right place.

If anything is sacred, the human body is sacred.

– Walt Whitman

  • What people are saying...

In 2022, I was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma and went through 49 rounds of chemotherapy and a major surgery to remove the tumor from my leg. Throughout the 9 months journey, I greatly benefited from massage while receiving chemo and in between infusion sessions when I benefited from Julie’s healing hands. Massage not only helped me with a much-needed relaxation during my tough journey but also with circulation and moving of the fluid in my legs. Regular massage brought more flexibility to my joints and muscles that were stiffening from long hours of chemotherapy and immobility post operation. I contribute my healing to Julie’s massage sessions and other complimentary therapies that I received during treatment.
