Cancellation, Late & COVID/ Illness Policy
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as soon as possible. This allows me to open the appointment slot to another client.
Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the session rate. You will not be charged if it is due to illness, emergency, or inclement weather.
Appointment no-shows will be charged 100% of the session rate.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. You will be charged the full amount of the scheduled session.
COVID & Illness: Please reschedule if you feel ill on the day of your session or are experiencing any of the following symptoms: Fever or chills • Cough, congestion, or runny nose • Vomiting or diarrhea • You have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 5 days. Please contact me as soon as possible and you will not be charged a cancellation fee due to illness.
